Who Should Use This Form

Use this if you are an account holder or visitor to Cloud Commerce. If you purchased from a Merchant store powered by Cloud Commerce, contact the Merchant first.

Request Types Available

  • Access/Know: Request copy of your data
  • Delete: Request deletion (subject to exceptions)
  • Correct: Fix inaccurate information
  • Opt Out: Stop targeted advertising (or use Do Not Sell)

Identity Verification: We'll verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (anti-fraud). Verification may include logging into your account or confirming access to your email.

We respond within 45 days. For faster opt-outs, use Do Not Sell or Cookie Preferences.
